This 236-bed facility holds a Level II Trauma designation and provides inpatient and emergency room urological services within an established clinical environment. The facility maintains the protocols and administrative support systems necessary to facilitate effective urological care coordination throughout the assignment. Surgery nurses and surgical technicians are available on call to support clinical operations during each coverage period.

Omaha, Nebraska offers a range of entertainment and cultural options, including Broadway musicals, live concerts, cultural festivals, and sporting events such as the College World Series. The city features outdoor markets, theater productions, and events at venues across the area, providing activities for a variety of interests. Clinicians on assignment may also explore the broader Nebraska region, which includes attractions such as the Nebraska State Fair and scenic byways extending through the Sandhills.

The urologist will provide 24-hour call coverage for inpatient and emergency room urological services at an on-site Level II Trauma Center in Nebraska. Responsibilities include receiving handoff from attending urologists as appropriate and managing urological cases as presented during each assigned coverage period. Call coverage is required for this assignment, with a call ratio of 1:1, and on-site availability must be maintained throughout all designated coverage dates.

Board certification in Urology is negotiable for consideration.
