12-Hour shifts at a 25‑bed critical access hospital with a 4‑bed open ICU, flexible block scheduling, and a supportive administrative team.

• APPs are onsite during peak hours.
• The typical inpatient census is 8‑15 patients per day.
• Admissions are 2‑3 days.
• EMR:
  Meditech.
• Provide care to patients with acute concerns ranging from mild to complex.
• Expedited credentialing upon application completion.
• Board‑certified FP/IM with at least 2 years recent EM experience required.

• Base compensation: $300/hr (base $290/hr + $10/hr quality bonus).
• Sign‑on bonus: $50,000 (also can be used as a resident stipend, treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years).
