Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate ballet classes
  • Prepare students for RAD examinations
  • Demonstrate and guide proper ballet technique with clarity and care
  • Create a positive, structured, and inspiring learning environment
  • Support students’ development with patience and encouragement
  • Contribute to choreography for school performances and productions
  • Participate in school events such as concerts and public performances
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to a supportive teaching environment
  • Continue professional development to maintain high teaching standards
  • Present a professional image at all times
Requirements
  • RAD Teaching Certification (required)
  • Experience teaching children’s ballet classes
  • Strong knowledge of the RAD syllabus
  • Passion for teaching and nurturing young dancers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player
