School Psychologist - Full-Time Opportunity School Year)
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative School Psychologist to support two elementary school buildings for the academic year. This position offers a strong balance of assessment, consultation, and student support within a team-oriented school environment.
Position Details
Start Date: August 10, 2026
End Date: May 25, 2027
Hours: 37.5-40 hours per week
Daily Schedule: 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
The School Psychologist will be responsible for:
- Conducting cognitive and academic evaluations
- Supporting behavioral assessments and observations as needed
- Completing initial Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
- Participating in the Student Support Team (SST) process
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop interventions
- Providing data-driven recommendations to support student success
- Supporting problem-solving teams and school-based decision making
- Q-interactive for psycho educational testing
- Hybrid option available
- Paperwork may be completed remotely
- All testing, meetings, and school-based services are completed in person
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in psycho educational testing and interpretation
- Knowledgeable in academic and behavioral assessment practices
- Familiar with SST and MTSS processes
- Collaborative and student-focused
- Organized and able to manage a dual-building caseload
