Marketing - Part-Time Lecturer Pool Department of Marketing Position
The Department of Marketing in the College of Business & Economics at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its part‑time lecturer pool to teach undergraduate courses in Marketing. Qualified applicants will be contacted when positions become available. Appointments are temporary and are often made just prior to the start of an academic term; applicants must be available on very short notice.

- Teach undergraduate marketing courses as assigned.
- Prepare lecture materials, assignments, and assessments in accordance with departmental guidelines.
- Maintain an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Respond to student inquiries and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the curriculum.
- At least a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant professional work experience in marketing.
- Ability to interact effectively with a culturally diverse range of students and colleagues.
- Doctoral degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Successful university‑level teaching experience.
- Significant experience working with diverse populations and fostering an inclusive environment.
All appointments are made as Lecturers under the CSU system Collective Bargaining Agreement. Initial appointments are for one semester only.
Salary range: $5,507 - $6,677 per month, prorated to the number of units worked and paid in six monthly payments per semester. For a typical three‑unit assignment, compensation ranges from $6,608.40 to $7,465.20 per semester.
