Hershey Public Schools is currently taking applications for an Intervention/Jr. High Math Teacher.
Hershey Public Schools is looking for an Intervention Specialist and an additional Jr. High Math Teacher for the school year. This teaching position will include Intervention periods for multiple grade levels, Advanced 7th Grade Math, 8th Grade Algebra, and possible coaching positions within the district. Hershey Public Schools is a progressive district with excellent staff, students, and community support located 12 miles west of North Platte on I-80.
Current enrollment is 525 in grades K-12.
Starting date for the position is August 2026.
First year teachers start at $46,920. All years of teaching experience are accepted. The salary index tops out at 2.17.
Hershey Public Schools district pays for full family insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Nebraska with a $1,050 deductible.
