Responsibilities- Assist all students with enrollment and financial aid services.
- Serve as primary point of contact for student issues related to enrollment and financial aid.
- Provide academic guidance for all students upon request, including pre‑Admissions.
- Advise financial aid and academic probation/suspension students on structured course scheduling.
- Serve as academic advisor for first‑year students and work in conjunction with assigned faculty advisors for student retention purposes.
- Assist students with forms completion and serve as forms repository for student services with dissemination to appropriate offices.
- Act as content manager for assigned webpages.
- Assist with assessment requirements.
- Collaborate with departments regarding enrollment and financial aid services/activities.
- Collaborate with departments/faculty regarding changes/updates made to published programs and plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Student Services or related field).
- At least 3 years of experience servicing students and/or customer‑service role.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Successful background records check.
- Previous experience with higher education academic advising.
- Previous experience working with financial aid.
- Experience in serving diverse, first‑generation and underrepresented populations.
This position is subject to Veterans Preference.
