Job DescriptionMixité between a community agent position and an animator position during midday at the after-school program in Guewenheim, and on Wednesdays and evenings at the after-school program in Lauw. Also, an animator position during school holidays at our sites in Burnhaupt le Bas or Soppe le Bas.
• Reception of meals, setting up the dining room, knowledge of hygiene standards
• Dishwashing and cleaning up the dining room
• Taking care of children (punching in, circulation, accompaniment …) and supervision of activities and outings,
• Developing animation projects within the educational project, knowing how to develop them in a cooperative approach,
• Building animation sessions and materials,
• Coordinating animation times according to school hours,
• Listing the materials and supplies necessary for an activity. Ensuring their good use, maintenance, and storage,
• Ensuring the care and hygiene of children by communicating information to the hierarchy,
• Participating in meetings (teams and management),
• Ensuring continuity or evolution of tasks according to the needs of the service.
Skills:
• Knowledge of the audience and its specificities, especially for individual support projects, knowledge of hygiene rules (HACCP)
• Building, proposing, and rallying a group of children on activity projects using animation techniques,
• Respecting the abilities, expression, and creativity of the child,
• Identifying children in difficulty and reporting the situation to the responsible person,
• Ensuring activities while respecting diversity,
• Sensitizing children to the balance and curiosity of food,
• Knowing and applying ACM regulations and measures related to the protection of children,
• Ability to work in a team and transversally ;
• Ability to report any malfunction ;
Ability to be discreet and apply one's duty of reserve
• Ability to be benevolent with both children and adults
Qualifications:
• BAFA (or trainee in progress) or CAP AEPE or CPJEPS/BPJEPS or equivalent required.
• BEP collective catering / BAcPro ASSP would be a plus. HACCP training Specifics of the position:
• Outdoor activities and travel,
• Split hours with variable amplitude according to service obligations
• Mobility clause
• Annualization of working time
• Working time in the kitchen and with children's groups
