Outage Laborers – $178/day Per Diem all 7 Days + $400 Travel & Completion Bonus
MOR PPM Inc. is hiring Utility Laborers for outage work at the NPPD (GGS) power plant in Sutherland, Nebraska. Workers will support general labor functions including cleanup, tool running, basic maintenance, and site support. The role includes full per diem, paid travel, and a completion bonus for those who meet safety and attendance benchmarks. This position is ideal for dependable, OSHA-10 certified individuals with experience in industrial or power plant environments.
Perks& benefits:
- $178/day per diem (7 days/week)
- $400 travel reimbursement for 200+ mile distance
- Completion bonus ($3.00/ST and $4.50/OT)
- Outage project begins March 2026

- OSHA 10 certification required before arrival
- One year of labor or power plant experience preferred
- Must live 50+ miles from site for per diem
- Documentation verifying permanent address for per diem eligibility
- Physical ability to climb, lift, and work in hot, cold, and noisy environments
- Residence 200+ miles from site (qualifies for travel reimbursement)
- Completion of full outage with compliance to all site policies
