Position: JTT SME/MSEL Administrator with Security Clearance
Location: Offutt Air Force Base

ROLE:
Joint Training Tool (JTT) SME/Master Exercise Scenario List (MSEL) Administrator

REQUIRED:

* Active TS/SCI clearance

* Onsite - Offutt AFB, NE

* 7 years of experiencedemonstratingan understanding of CJCS 3500 series Joint Training directives or major command Joint Training Program/Lessons Learned Program Instructions

* Ability to author and update JTT training materials, design andmaintainthe MSEL, and coordinate injects with exercise planners to align withobjectives

* Ability to manage MSEL delivery updates, andmaintainversion control during exercises

DESCRIPTION:

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbent personnel currently supporting this mission will be afforded Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, consistent with contract requirements and contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.
