We’re looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer who thrives on solving complex manufacturing challenges, elevating supplier performance, and driving measurable impact across a global supply base.

What You’ll Do- Lead rapid response investigations, driving root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
- Conduct and support supplier audits, identifying gaps and implementing sustainable improvements
- Develop and manage supplier scorecards, turning performance data into action
- Partner with Engineering to define Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) requirements and robust gaging plans
- Support new product launches, ensuring suppliers are ready from day one
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across global suppliers
- Ensure effective execution of PPAP, APQP, SPC, and other quality frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk, improve reliability, and exceed customer expectations
- 5‑7 years in a manufacturing quality environment
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Electro‑mechanical experience (plastic molding, machining, stamping, casting, PCBA, etc.)
- Expertise in root cause analysis, 8D, SPC, and process capability (CpK)
- Working knowledge of ISO quality systems
- Experience with tools like Mini Tab or similar statistical software
- Confidence leading audits, influencing suppliers, and driving accountability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within North America

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes medical, dental, vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
