Responsibilities- Handle ad-hoc rectification works with technicians.
- Check and identify building defects.
- Attend to any emergency breakdown of services.
- Follow up with contractors on rectification works.
- Perform minor troubleshooting of M&E critical equipment.
- Any ad-hoc matters assigned by supervisor.
- Candidate must possess at least NITEC in Facilities Management / Building Services / Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management.
- Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
