Technical Specialist - FEA, ANSYS, Abaqus
The Technical Specialist is responsible for conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using software tools such as Abaqus and ANSYS. The role involves analyzing product designs, simulating behavior under different conditions, and providing insights to improve product performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed FEA analyses using Abaqus and ANSYS software.
- Evaluate and interpret simulation results to optimize product designs and performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate FEA findings into the product development process.
- Develop simulation models to predict structural behavior and validate against testing results.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations on design modifications based on FEA analyses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in FEA analysis and simulation techniques.
- Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA) methodologies and concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Abaqus and ANSYS software for structural analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret simulation results.
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles and product design.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings effectively.
- Certification in Abaqus and/or ANSYS is a plus.
