Calculation Engineer In NVH

We are now seeking an experienced calculation engineer in NVH!

In addition to general experience in the field of vibrations/NVH in automotive, we would like to see that you have experience in one or both of the areas below:

• Aero-acoustic simulation. Predicting interior noise at occupants head based on full vehicle CFD simulations.
• SEA (Statistical Energy Analysis) All steps from model build, simulations and evaluations and correlation studies. One example could be to evaluate different sound packaged with full SEA simulations. Experience from Altair SEAM is an advantage.

We help our customers, among other things, to develop new products, optimize their processes or products, and much, much more. A varied job where we often work in areas that are "hot" right now.

Our customers are both local and international and we work in several industries where automotive is the largest but defense and other industries are increasing. Right now we have several projects underway for international customers and several of our employees have had the opportunity to work abroad.

The assignments may vary in size and content and may be carried out either in-house in our own premises or on site at our customers.

The place of employment can be either Gothenburg or Trollhättan, depending on what suits you best.

We are now looking for you with a solid education in NVH and structural mechanics. We believe that you have a civil engineering degree from Mechanical, Technical Physics or Civil Engineering and have worked for some or several years with NVH. Probably used software such as ANSA as well as Abaqus, Nastran or Ansys.

You shall have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are precise, ambitious and curious. You have an eye for details and an ability to explain complex technical terms to people around you.

You like to meet people and have the ability to adapt to new environments. You are independent, proactive, used to taking your own initiatives and are good at communicating and documenting.
