The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) OT (Other Technologies) Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant OT (Other Technologies), computer, and server systems, including diagnostics using electronic test equipment.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting computers, servers, switches, security cameras, paging systems, and other plant technology hardware.
• Supporting Data Team with server maintenance activities, including patches, updates, and system interfaces with production equipment.
• Managing and maintaining Plant Engineering computing assets, including PCs, IP addresses, projectors, and display systems.
• Coordinating with vendors, communicating effectively with cross-shift maintenance teams, staying current with new technologies, and following all safety practices.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Two-year technical associates degree (completed and verified prior to start)
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay & Benefits:

• The starting rate of pay for this position is $46.38. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
