Job Opportunity

Join the Research Center of Solaize, located 15 minutes south of Lyon, as part of the One Tech branch of Total Energies. The site hosts over 300 researchers in a green environment and is one of Total Energies' main R&D centers, focusing on:

• Developing solutions and means to measure and control greenhouse gas emissions
• Formulating low environmental impact and decarbonized products for thermal, electric, and industrial mobility (renewable origin non-fossil fuels, lubricants, heat transfer fluids, bitumens, etc.)

The Air Monitoring and Modeling team, composed of 8 permanent engineers and technicians, combines environmental measurement and scientific computing capabilities to manage Total Energies' atmospheric emissions.

Activities include:

• Participating in the development of measurement campaigns on industrial site torches
• Processing datasets from industrial site measurements and multiple sources (process data, analyzers, hyperspectral camera, aerial measurements by drone, etc.)
• Proposing and testing approaches for real-time data fusion and processing
• Proposing and testing data processing approaches to deliver PEMS (Predictive Emission Monitoring System) based on field datasets
