2 main missions:

• Maximize the ecological performance of sites: optimization of utilities (water, steam, hot, cold, compressed air), improvement of energy efficiency, electrical engineering, PV

• Maximize the performance of installations: design/installation of decarbonization equipment (HVAC, biomass…), mechanical engineering, regulatory maintenance

Under the responsibility of the team leader INFRAS, you will join a team of maintenance technicians and coordinators at our industrial client site with high regulatory requirements. Your main responsibilities will be:

Maintenance and Operation
• Ensure the maintenance and replacement of industrial equipment: pumps, distillers, steam circuits, exchangers, energy networks.
• Carry out technical rounds according to the defined frequencies.
• Interpret the collected data and alert the operator if necessary.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the site, within the framework of the service provision contract.
• Prepare and accompany the interventions, especially during energy shutdowns.

Follow-up and Coordination
• Monitor external companies operating in your area.
• Carry out regulatory controls.
• Manage and control BPF documents (verification, scanning, archiving).
• Write intervention reports.

Safety and Compliance
• Strictly respect the HSE rules and site procedures and BPF requirements.
• Participate actively in safety actions: signage, wearing PPE, containment, etc.

Position in day schedule. Possible shift to 2x8 during factory shutdowns (mainly in summer).

Stimulating technical environment and strong safety culture.

Your profile:
• You hold a technical training in industrial maintenance
• You have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a demanding and highly regulated industrial environment
• You have solid skills in troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and energy networks
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team with different stakeholders
