Maintenance Technician
Job DescriptionUnder the responsibility of the INFRAS team leader, you will join a team of technicians and maintenance coordinators at our industrial client site with high regulatory requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:
Maintenance and Operation
• Ensure the maintenance and replacement of industrial equipment: pumps, distillers, steam circuits, exchangers, energy networks.
• Carry out technical rounds according to the defined frequencies.
• Interpret the collected data and alert the operator if necessary.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the site, within the framework of the service provision contract.
• Prepare and accompany interventions, especially during energy shutdowns.
Monitoring and Coordination
• Monitor external companies operating within your area.
• Carry out regulatory controls.
• Manage and control BPF documents (verification, scanning, archiving).
• Write intervention reports.
Safety and Compliance
• Strictly adhere to HSE rules and site procedures and BPF requirements.
• Participate actively in safety actions: marking, wearing PPE, consignations, etc.
Position in daytime schedule. Possible shift to 2x8 during factory shutdowns (mainly in the summer period).
Stimulating technical environment and strong safety culture.
QualificationsYour profile:
• You hold a technical training in industrial maintenance
• You have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a demanding and highly regulated industrial environment
• You have strong skills in troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and energy networks
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team with different stakeholders
