To support our team, we are looking for a Regional EHS Manager (w/m/d) Europe. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the compliance of environmental, health, and safety regulations, while building cross-functional relationships and fostering a strong EHS culture. The role also includes the regional implementation of the Littelfuse EHS program and supporting our sites in waste reduction and energy efficiency improvements.

About the Position:- Support and coach the facilities to build a strong regional EHS team
- Develop policies and programs to promote a strong EHS culture at all European sites and ensure compliance with regulated activities, management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50000), and regional EHS legal requirements
- Support global sustainability efforts, including setting site goals, promoting sustainability efficiency projects, data collection, tracking, and validation
- Collaborate with operations teams to set and achieve regional EHS goals, operational performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support facilities in conducting effective EHS incident investigations, as well as identifying and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with our global regional EHS managers to share best practices and develop global operational standards
- Conduct EHS audits and reviews to identify local and systemic gaps and maintain compliance with EHS regulations, company strategies, policies, and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
- More than 10 years of experience in the EHS field in an international manufacturing company
- Proven track record of working with global, cross-cultural teams on EHS related projects, training, and initiatives
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or electronics assembly and packaging industry is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of applicable EHS regulatory and legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, laws, processes, and procedures
- Familiarity with EHS risk assessment methods and proven experience in implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies
- Strong proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and EHS management database systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support teams in different time zones and assist during risk events
- 50% travel readiness
