We are now looking for more talented and driven Test Engineer’s who wants to grow with us and help develop our business in Gothenburg.

The Role:
Within our Testing & Validation competence area, we handle everything from specific component tests to complete vehicle systems. In this role, you will work both independently and in teams to plan, drive, and follow up on test assignments against overall project milestones.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing test assignments in laboratory environments or on test tracks.
• Handling measurement technology and data acquisition.
• Analysing and interpreting complex measurement data.
• Communicating results and collaborating closely with cross‑functional project teams.

Your Profile:

We are looking for an engineer who is ambitious, proactive, and attentive with a high level of service. You take initiative and welcome the responsibility for your own deliveries, while being a true team player.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional work experience within the automotive industry.

  Skills:
  
  Practical experience with test execution (lab or track), measurement techniques, and data analysis.
• Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion: A strong interest in new technology and the future of vehicles.

Meritorious Experience
It is a plus if you have specific knowledge in one or more of the following fields:

• Automotive safety / Crash safety
• Fatigue strength/ Durability
• NVH or experience from areas squeak & rattle
• Powertrain and/or transmissions
