We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Casino Cage and Count Manager at Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack in Ogallala, NE. As a Casino Cage and Count Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the casino's cage and count operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Responsibilities of the Casino Cage and Count Manager include:
- Managing a team of cashiers and count room staff
- Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls
- Performing audits and reconciliations of the casino's cash and chip inventory
- Developing and implementing procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Training and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service
