Description

Properly inputs all loan data into the bank’s computer system including new loans, loan payments, loan advances, loan maintenance, loan participation, etc. and retains supporting documentation. Assist customers and officers with loan questions and finding information on the computer system. Records UCCs, EFS’s and ensures renewals are kept current.

Duties and Responsibilities

Input all loan data into the bank’s computer system.

Input all loan participation data into the bank’s computer system and work with participating banks to ensure they are notified of changes to the loan.

Responsible for tracking all original notes.

Assist customers and officers with loan questions and researching pertinent information in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

File all UCCs and EFS’s and monitor continuations.

Review all loan reports and distribute them to the proper area. Use loan reports to properly account for the bank’s loans.

Backup the DFS participation process from start to finish ensuring new volume is booked accurately & in a timely manner.

Be a team player in assuring the loan processing area is run smoothly.

Required to adhere to all compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, College degree preferred
Experience preferred
Microsoft Office Proficiency preferred
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to relate to customers in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to produce accurate results
