Your tasks:
- Responsibility for planning and conducting audit and special investigations in the national and international company areas using software-supported systems and tools
- Ensuring that end-to-end processes are fully reflected in our IT systems with a high quality level
- Examining and evaluating the internal control, compliance management, risk management, information security system, and various business processes along the entire value chain with regard to security and efficiency
- Analyzing existing processes, identifying essential procedural and organizational weaknesses/risks
- Actively introducing best practice solutions and supporting the initiation of measures
- Main contact person for the respective area managers in the business units worldwide and participating in opening and closing meetings up to the presentation of audit results at the executive management level
- sparring partner and consultant for the company areas and management regarding relevant issues
- Actively participating in the development of our approaches and developing methods for auditing ERP-supported business processes
Our requirements:
- Completed economics-related studies
- Solid ideally between three and seven years of professional experience, preferably in one of the "Big-Four" auditing companies
- In-depth knowledge and auditing experience with ERP systems
- Experience in auditing and data analysis of complex business processes using appropriate audit software (e.g., IDEA)
- Open and communicative personality as well as a professional, convincing appearance, with corresponding standing vis-à-vis management and central functions
- Ability to adequately and clearly present complex matters
