Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Loan Officer III to develop and manage commercial, agricultural, consumer, and mortgage lending relationships. This role is responsible for originating, underwriting, and servicing loans while supporting portfolio quality, business development, and customer relationship growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong credit analysis skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage commercial, agricultural, and consumer lending relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyze credit requests, evaluate financial information, and make underwriting decisions within assigned lending authority.
  • Manage and monitor a loan portfolio to maintain asset quality and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support loan collections, portfolio reviews, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Promote bank products and services, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and participate in loan committee and related leadership activities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, agricultural management, or a related field preferred.
  • Five to eight years of lending, credit analysis, or related banking experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, agricultural, consumer, and mortgage lending practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and credit risk.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, decision-making, and organizational skills.
