The Customer Service Representative is an essential, customer‑facing role responsible for assisting customers and potential customers with their everyday banking needs. This includes processing financial transactions, opening new accounts, answering questions, and providing guidance on bank products and services. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.

- Reconcile general ledger, subsidiary, and correspondent bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Process accounts payable transactions and support related reporting activities.
- Maintain balanced financial records through account analysis, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Support cash management activities, official check settlements, and CDARS transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and provide operational support to the accounting department.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting or related experience preferred.
- Two years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services experience preferred.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
