Location: Macy
The Omaha Tribe is seeking a Tribal Historic Preservation Officer (THPO) to oversee preservation, protection, safety and management of ancestors, sacred sites, TCPs and archives. You will work with tribal staff, officials and consultants on NHPA/NAGPRA related activities.
The role requires coordination with federal, state and local agencies, maintaining preservation programs, grants, and public information related to historic preservation within Omaha Tribal lands.
