• Perform manicures, pedicures, normal polish, gel and extension application, and nail art with precision and hygiene standards
• Carry out beauty treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation in line with health and safety standards
• Build rapport with clients
• Stay updated on the latest nail and beauty trends, techniques, and products
• Manage appointment scheduling and time efficiently to minimize client wait times
• Handle retail recommendations where applicable

• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined in daily work routines
• Professional presentation and client-facing manner at all times
• Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues during busy periods

• Open to feedback and coaching from colleagues
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required by salon operating hours
• 1–2 years of experience in a beauty-related establishment (nail salon, spa, or beauty center) preferred
• Relevant certification in nail technology or beauty therapy is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Good communication skills and customer service experience is a plus
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn new techniques
