Kalm Salon is a Japanese boutique hair salon located in Orchard Road, Singapore.
We are looking for an experienced Hairstylist to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services
- Consult with clients and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair treatments
- Maintain high standards of customer service and salon hygiene
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Contribute to the salon’s sales and business growth
- At least 3 years of professional hairstyling experience
- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring and hair treatments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a Japanese salon or Japanese hair techniques is an advantage
- Existing clientele is welcome
- Basic salary + attractive commission scheme
- Up to 60% commission based on monthly sales
- 7 days off per month
- 15 days annual leave per year
- Boutique Japanese salon environment in Orchard
