About the role

Provide treatments and scalp/hair related services, such as washing, blowing and drying, to customers. Provide professional scalp and hair advices, recommend suitable solutions and products aligned with customer's needs. Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers.

• Be accountable for individual sales targets and contribute collaboratively to achieving team sales targets

• Be responsible for the up keeping and functionality of own machine and equipment

• Handle outlet administrative tasks

• Be well versed in all types of treatments, products, machines and equipment, and promotions offered by outlet from time to time

• Be an Ambassador of the Company

• Possess working experience as a Scalp Therapist

• Passionate about scalp and hair care

• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills

• Initiative and willing to learn attitude

• Ability to work independently and in a team
