Oversee daily operations of the oncology unit to ensure high-quality patient care.

Develop and implement patient care protocols and best practices for oncology.

Lead and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development and growth.

Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to improve service delivery.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in the oncology unit.

Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet departmental goals.

Registered Nurse (RN) license with oncology specialization is required.
