- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students to identify communication disorders and develop targeted, evidence-based intervention plans.
- Develop and implement individualized goals within the IEP framework, participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated student support.
- Partner with teachers and families to provide strategies that support communication success within the natural learning environment, fostering both academic and social growth.
- Maintain precise documentation of student performance and adjust therapeutic approaches based on data-driven results to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid State of Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Active Special Services Provider Credential
- Prior experience in a school-based setting with a strong understanding of early childhood and elementary development, including familiarity with the IEP process

Earn $56.20- $76.00 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits
