What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, quality care to residents during overnight shifts
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident safety and well-being
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all healthcare regulations
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to the needs of each individual

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings
• Active RN license in Nebraska or eligible for licensure
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive pay rate of $21.00/hour
• Weekly housing stipend of $770 to assist with accommodations
