Sanford Health - - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living needs; provide comfort and transportation; monitor vital signs.;
Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing; assist with meals and snacks; ensure proper hydration.;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct techniques and equipment; perform range of motion and passive exercises.;
Document resident cares and behaviors according to facility policy and regulations.;
Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing or supplies properly; follow hand washing and PPE protocols.
