Good Samaritan Society - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living; obtain and record vital signs.;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, walking; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Assist with meals and dining; provide water and supplements; ensure positive dining experience.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to charge nurse; assist with housekeeping and laundry; support wellness programs.
