Responsibilities- Medication Aide certification, carry out medication passes according to doctor orders.
- Assist with tenant needs including ADL assistance
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Works collaboratively with ownership, Marketing and Wellness to ensure a high quality of life experience for our residents.
- Being able to cover all shifts in emergencies.
