• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background checks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
