Occupational Therapist (Home Care) – Contract Position
Location:
Colorado, 80634
Schedule:
Full-time | 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours:
36–48 hours per week
Pay: $1,865 – $2,068 per week
Responsibilities- Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients in improving daily living and functional skills
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety
- Previous home care experience required
- Active Occupational Therapist license (Colorado)
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
- Professional light gray scrubs required
