Key Responsibilities:
Perform skilled OT evaluations and treatment in a SNF setting. Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving ADLs and functional independence. Document patient progress in compliance with CMS standards.
Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Nebraska. Degree from an accredited OT program. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred).

Night Charge Nurse RN‑LPN **$5000 Sign On Bonus
FT Night Shift & Every Other Weekend (Double pay on holidays)
The primary purpose of the charge nurse is to provide direct care and also supervision of the day to day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants and medication aides, and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Looking for a timely, personable and organized driver. The primary purpose of the position is to get residents to and from medical appointments in the surrounding area. Works closely with Social Services Dept on the ever changing schedule. Preferred CNA and CPR training, not required. Must be 25 years of age or older.
