Location: Albion
Marshfield Clinic - 1222 South 7th Street - Responsibilities:
Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, undressing, obtaining vital signs, providing psychosocial support, and delivering other personal care as assigned;
Assist clients with transfers, repositioning, range of motion exercises, and walking using appropriate transfer techniques and equipment;
Deliver age-appropriate care to meet the physical, psychological, and restorative needs of the client as defined in the care plan;
Document client care when appropriate and communicate changes in client condition and care-related concerns to a licensed nurse;
Work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and in partnership with a preceptor to provide holistic client-centered care
