Marshfield Clinic - 1322 U Street - Responsibilities:
Assist patients/residents/clients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provide, monitor, and record therapy services to patients/residents/clients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments;
Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions aligned with competency, goals, and licensure requirements;
Communicate with the occupational therapist and document patient responses during interventions;
Adhere to clinical practice guidelines and perform other related duties as requested
