Clinical Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy (ASAP START)
Facility: Cherry County Hospital
Location: Valentine, NE
Department: Pharmacy
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule:
Days - Shift: 8-hour shifts
- Hours:
40 hrs/week - On-call coverage required (as needed)
- No regular nights or weekends unless on-call
- $73 – $75 per hour
- Weekly Pay: $2,920 – $3,000/week
- Active Nebraska Pharmacist License required
- Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy required
- PharmD preferred
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Ability to verify medication orders and ensure medication safety
- On-call availability required
- Verify and dispense medication orders
- Monitor patient medication therapies
- Ensure safe and effective drug utilization
- Provide drug information to providers and staff
- Review medication safety and interactions
- Support clinical pharmacy operations
- Participate in on-call pharmacy coverage when needed
