Overview
CT Technologist (Radiology) — CT focused, in Winnebago, NE — start 07/10/2026 for 13 weeks on a travel temporary assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,394 to $2,559 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour Nights. Setting: hospital radiology department.

07/10/2026 - Travel assignment in a hospital radiology setting
- Perform diagnostic CT and radiographic examinations, including nonstandard protocols; position patients; select exposure factors and set equipment to acquire diagnostic-quality images while upholding radiation safety standards.
- Explain procedures to patients, monitor comfort and vital signs as needed, and address patient questions during imaging.
- Work with the Radiology Manager and referring clinicians to determine examination requirements; coordinate workflow for routine and complex studies.
- Operate digital radiology systems and PACS: load readers, electronically edit/annotate images, and push images to PACS; perform routine QC and equipment troubleshooting as assigned.
- Maintain radiology IT equipment and records: track patient workload, examinations performed, views captured, and technical factors used; ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of anatomy/physiology and stay current with department standards; participate in staff meetings and contribute to department updates; qualified in at least one other modality besides general radiology.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2 years of applicable experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination. - Licenses/Certifications:
ARRT-registered Technologist (Radiography) with CT certification; maintain ARRT accreditation (CT/Radiography) and comply with continuing education requirements (24 CEUs per biennium) and related credential maintenance fees. - Experience:
1–2 years of CT training and experience; competency in performing routine and complex CT and radiographic exams. - Language:
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; strong professional communication skills. - Additional:
Able to work in a hospital radiology department; capable of 12-hour night shifts; physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods; cross-modality competency preferred.
