- 810 East 7th Street - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support;
Observe residents throughout the night, monitor vital signs as needed, and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team;
Administer medications as directed (for CMA-qualified candidates) while ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper documentation;
Provide reassurance, companionship, and emotional support to residents, especially during nighttime hours when needs may increase;
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with nurses and incoming shifts to ensure continuity of care
