We believe our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to fostering a workplace where every team member feels supported, respected, and inspired to grow.

Here, you'll find a collaborative environment, opportunities for professional development, and a shared passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of families across Nebraska.

Our team is passionate about making a difference, one family at a time. We use our clinical knowledge, resources, and therapeutic skills to influence positive change and build healthier communities across Nebraska.

From your first week, you'll be paired with a direct supervisor who will help you navigate your new role, answer questions, and support your ongoing clinical development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with NE DHHS caseworkers and GLFS Skillbuilders to assist families in developing and implementing healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles.
  • Maintain timely, streamlined communication and precise clinical documentation.
  • Manage a flexible schedule and maintain autonomy while meeting assigned case hours and client needs.
  • Participate in agency meetings, consultations, and professional development opportunities to further your therapeutic expertise.
Work Schedule

Schedules are flexible and self‑managed based on client availability and caseload needs. Therapists maintain autonomy over their calendar while ensuring consistent support for assigned families.

  • Drive Time Pay: $30.00 / hour
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Paid for client‑related travel and community transitions
  • Bonus Opportunity: Earn up to $5,000.00 within your first 9 months! ($3,000.00 awarded at 6 months, and an additional $2,000.00 awarded for tenure based on carrying a minimum caseload of 3 cases for 9 months).
Full‑Time Benefits
  • Insurance Options:
    Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays
All Staff Benefits

  • Vehicle: Must provide a reliable personal vehicle to travel as part of daily work (GLFS reimburses drive time and mileage).
  • Technology: Must provide your own cell phone and internet service with daily access to GLFS work email and GLFS Computer Systems. A personal computer, iPad, or tablet is optional but highly encouraged.
  • Communication: Highly developed skills in timeliness and streamlined communication are necessary for success.
