Physical Therapist In Reach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time or part-time Physical Therapist (or PTA) to join our team at Gordon Memorial Hospital in Gordon, NE. This position is well-suited for a therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting rehabilitation in a collaborative rural healthcare environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress.
Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and use of modalities.
Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.
Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Requirements Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).Current Nebraska PT license (or eligibility).Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team.
