What You'll Do- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
- Assist residents during meals and with hydration as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Document resident care accurately and timely
- Administer medications in accordance with regulations and facility policies (CMA)
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care
- Active Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
- Current certification must be in good standing
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
