Sign-on bonus up to $2,500

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient observations, progress, and treatments in medical records
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
• Previous experience working in a long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality care
