Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Answer member benefit questions
- Reprice claims
- Create and track invoices
- Billing claims
- Provide great customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong professionalism.
- Customer focused to establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products:
Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. - Be accurate with attention to detail.
Experience:
- Preferred but not Required
: 1 year experience in a claims/billing role preferred, but we will train the right person!
