Missouri River Region Specialist / RBT – Dakota City Team

We are actively seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) candidates to provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients in the Missouri River Region. The position is part‑time initially and requires a 6‑month commitment.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill‑building and care plans directly.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification prior to starting the position.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Experience in education or early childhood development, teaching assistant, paraprofessional, instructional aide, after‑school program, camp counseling, behavioral health, mental health, social services, ABA therapy, or working with individuals with Autism.

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community‑based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Candidates must be willing to make a 6‑month commitment to support our clients.
