Marshfield Clinic - 1622 Walnut Street - Responsibilities:
Assist patients/residents/clients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provide, monitor, and record therapy services to patients/residents/clients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments;
Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions aligned with patient goals and licensure requirements;
Document patient responses and outcomes and communicate with the occupational therapist;
Support post-acute, long-term care, and home health care interventions as needed
